Analytics are provided by Microsoft Clarity and AI features run on Microsoft Azure infrastructure, both described in detail in the Privacy Policy. Deliveries are performed by Bosta (Egypt).

3. Trademarks and Intellectual Property

The RYZE name, the RYZE monogram, the Arabic "لين" wordmark, product names (including Como, Leen, Nova, Sweet Amber, Malachite), bottle, cap and packaging designs, photography, films, copy, and the design of this website are the property of RYZE Fragrances or its licensors, protected under Egyptian Intellectual Property Law No. 82 of 2002 and applicable international conventions. Reproduction, imitation, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

4. "Inspired-By" References and Third-Party Trademarks

Where our product pages state that a RYZE fragrance is "inspired by" a third-party fragrance, that reference is a descriptive, comparative indication of scent character only. All third-party names and trademarks, including the names of other perfume houses and their fragrances, remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. RYZE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those houses. RYZE products are independent, original compositions manufactured by RYZE; they are not the referenced products, are not represented as identical to them, and are sold exclusively under the RYZE brand.

5. Content, Imagery, and Accuracy

• We keep the site accurate and current, but content may contain typographical errors; the binding order terms are those of the Terms of Service at checkout time.
• Campaign imagery and films on the site may be digitally produced or enhanced, including with AI-assisted tools; product photography is intended to represent the product faithfully, and colours may vary with your display.
• External links are provided for convenience without endorsement; their sites carry their own terms.

Rights holders who believe content on this site infringes their rights may write to support@ryzeeg.com with the subject "Legal Notice," identifying the content and the right claimed; we acknowledge within 48 hours and review promptly. This notice is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt; the courts of Cairo are competent, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venues. The bilingual-text rule of the Terms of Service (Section 14) applies here as well.
