1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 to purchase; under-18s may use the Services only under supervision of a guardian who accepts these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

2. Orders: Offer, Acceptance, and Our Right to Refuse

• Product listings are an invitation to treat. Your order is an offer; the contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email, whose timestamp (Africa/Cairo) is the reference time of the contract.
• We may refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, suspected fraud, pricing or stock error, or repeated abusive COD refusals, with a full refund of anything paid.
• Quantities may be limited per customer for promotional items.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Errors

• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT under Law No. 67 of 2016. The price at checkout at the moment of order is the binding price.
• Obvious pricing errors (e.g., a misplaced decimal) do not bind us; if detected after your order, we will offer you the choice of the corrected price or a full refund, per Law No. 181 of 2018.
• Promotional prices, including the 100 ml offer and the any-two-50 ml bundle, apply for their announced period, are reflected automatically at checkout, and may be changed or withdrawn prospectively at any time. The price shown at your checkout moment always governs your order.

4. Payment

We accept the methods shown at checkout: cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery via Bosta. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the card networks under their certifications; RYZE never stores card numbers. For COD terms see the Shipping Policy.

5. Delivery and Risk

Delivery is performed by Bosta under the Shipping Policy. Ownership and risk in the products pass to you at delivery, as recorded by the courier's delivery scan.

6. Returns

Your return, exchange, and refund rights, statutory and contractual, are stated in the Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. AI Features: Terms of Use

• The RYZE AI concierge generates answers automatically. It can make mistakes; its outputs are informational assistance, not professional advice and not statements binding RYZE where they conflict with the written policies, which always prevail.
• You agree not to use AI features to attempt prompt-injection, extraction of other users' data, generation of unlawful content, or any load or scraping abuse.
• You grant RYZE the right to process your AI conversations as described in the Privacy Policy (Sections 4–5), including processing on Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• No purchase, refund, or legal decision is made automatically by AI; a human process governs orders and refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

The RYZE name, monogram, the Arabic "لين" wordmark, product names, bottle and packaging designs, photography, films, and site content are the property of RYZE or its licensors and are protected by Egyptian IP Law No. 82 of 2002. No use without our prior written consent. Third-party marks referenced on the site belong to their owners; see the "Inspired-By" clause of the Legal Notice.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services unlawfully, upload malicious code, misrepresent identity, infringe others' rights, harvest data, or interfere with the Services' operation: conduct also sanctioned by the Anti-Cybercrime Law No. 175 of 2018. We may suspend access engaged in such conduct.

10. Product Information and Cosmetic Safety

We work to describe scents faithfully, but fragrance perception is personal; descriptions are not warranties of subjective experience. Our products are eaux de parfum for external cosmetic use. Discontinue use upon irritation; keep away from eyes, flame, and children. Ingredient sensitivity is individual; review the listed notes if you have known allergies.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on Shopify (platform), Microsoft (Clarity analytics, Azure AI), Bosta (delivery), payment networks, and WhatsApp (support channel). Their processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy; their own terms govern their platforms. Links to external sites are provided without endorsement.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, the Services are provided "as is"; we disclaim implied warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for reliance on AI-generated content contrary to Section 7. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnity and Force Majeure

You will indemnify RYZE against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services or breach of these Terms. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure); our obligations resume when the event ends, and statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

14. Governing Law, Disputes, and Language

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Cairo, without prejudice to your right to complain to the Consumer Protection Agency (hotline 19588) or to any mandatory venue the law grants consumers.
• These Terms are published in English and Egyptian Arabic. Both are authentic; for mandatory consumer-right provisions, the Arabic text prevails.

15. Changes, Severability, Entire Agreement

We may amend these Terms prospectively; each amendment carries a version number, revision timestamp, and effective date in the Document Control table, and material changes are announced on the site. Orders are always governed by the version in force at their confirmation timestamp. If any clause is held invalid, the remainder stands. These Terms with the policy set are the entire agreement for your use of the Services.
