Our Services are powered by Shopify. Certain features — including behaviour analytics, session replay, and our AI-powered Brand Agent — are provided by Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy shall govern with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information depending on how you interact with our Services:
Information You Provide Directly
Your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, payment information, and any details you include when contacting us (e.g., customer support inquiries, order-related messages).
Account Information
Username, password, preferences, and settings associated with your RYZE account, if you create one.
Transaction Information
Details of your purchases, returns, exchanges, items viewed, items added to your cart or wishlist, and your transaction history.
AI Conversational Data
When you interact with our AI-powered Brand Agent (the conversational shopping assistant on our website), we and our technology partner Microsoft collect the content of your conversations, including questions you ask, product preferences you express, and any other information you voluntarily share during the chat session. This data is processed to provide you with personalised product recommendations and to improve the quality and relevance of the assistant's responses. The Brand Agent is an artificial intelligence system — not a human being. You should not share sensitive personal information (such as health data, financial account details, or government identification numbers) through the chat.
Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Services, we may automatically collect device information (browser type, operating system, IP address, unique device identifiers) and usage information (pages visited, time spent, navigation patterns, and interactions with site features). This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Behaviour Analytics and Session Replay Data
We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. This includes mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and page-rendering data. This information is used to improve and market our products and services, for site optimisation, and for fraud and security purposes. Website usage data is captured using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies.
Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from service providers, marketing partners, or other third-party sources that assist us in delivering and improving the Services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
To Provide and Fulfil Our Services. Processing your orders and payments, arranging shipping and delivery, managing your account, facilitating returns and exchanges, and providing a tailored shopping experience — including personalised product recommendations.
To Power AI-Assisted Experiences. Using AI and machine-learning technologies — including the Brand Agent conversational assistant powered by Microsoft — to understand your preferences, answer your product questions in real time, guide you through the shopping process, and suggest products that match your expressed interests. AI-generated recommendations are provided for informational and convenience purposes only, and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
To Communicate with You. Responding to your enquiries and support requests, sending order confirmations and delivery updates, and keeping you informed about your account activity.
To Market and Promote. With your consent where required, sending you promotional communications about new RYZE releases, exclusive offers, and brand updates via email, SMS, or other channels. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
To Analyse and Improve. Using behavioural analytics tools (including Microsoft Clarity session replay and heatmaps) to understand how customers interact with the Services in order to improve site performance, enhance user experience, measure the effectiveness of AI-assisted features, and develop new products and services. Additionally, we use this information for advertising purposes through Microsoft Advertising.
To Secure and Protect. Detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorised access, or other potentially harmful activity, and ensuring the security and integrity of the Services.
To Comply with Legal Obligations. Meeting applicable legal requirements, responding to lawful requests from government authorities, and protecting our legal rights.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers. With trusted third parties who perform services on our behalf, including Shopify (e-commerce hosting), Bosta (shipping and logistics), payment processors, data analytics providers, cloud storage, and customer support platforms. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they perform for us.
Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising. We share website usage data — including behavioural metrics, heatmaps, session replays, and Brand Agent conversational data — with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to improve and market our products and services, for site optimisation, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. Microsoft may use the personal data it collects in connection with Microsoft Clarity for any purpose in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement, including to improve Microsoft's products and services and for advertising. Marketing Partners. With business and marketing partners to help us deliver relevant advertising and measure campaign performance. These partners operate under their own privacy policies.
At Your Direction. When you direct or consent to the sharing of information — for example, through social media integrations or when providing a shipping address.
Legal and Business Reasons. In connection with legal proceedings, regulatory requirements, mergers, acquisitions, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of RYZE, our customers, or the public.
4. AI-Powered Features and the Brand Agent
Our website features an AI-powered conversational shopping assistant ("Brand Agent") provided by Microsoft. The Brand Agent uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning models to engage in natural-language conversations, answer product questions, and guide you toward products that may interest you.
How the Brand Agent Works. When you interact with the Brand Agent, your messages are processed by Microsoft's AI systems to generate contextually relevant responses. The Brand Agent draws on our product catalogue, publicly available product information, and the context of your conversation to formulate its responses.
Data Collected. The content of your conversations with the Brand Agent — including the text of your messages, product queries, stated preferences, and the AI's responses — is collected and stored by both RYZE and Microsoft. Microsoft Clarity also captures interaction data (such as whether you engaged with the Brand Agent, session duration, and conversion events) for analytics purposes.
How This Data Is Used. Conversation data is used to provide you with real-time assistance, to analyse engagement and conversion performance, to improve the quality and accuracy of the Brand Agent, and for marketing and advertising purposes. Microsoft processes Brand Agent data in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Limitations. The Brand Agent is an AI system and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Responses generated by the Brand Agent do not constitute professional advice, warranties, or binding offers. RYZE is not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content. For accurate pricing, availability, and product specifications, please refer to the relevant product pages or contact our support team.
Your Choices. Use of the Brand Agent is entirely voluntary. If you do not wish to interact with the AI assistant, you may close the chat interface at any time. You may also contact us directly via email, phone, or WhatsApp for human-assisted support.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, remember your preferences, analyse site traffic, support our marketing efforts, and power AI-assisted features. Most browsers allow you to manage or disable cookies through your settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features on our website, including the Brand Agent and behaviour analytics.

6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical, physical, and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data processed through Microsoft Clarity and the Brand Agent is stored in Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and is protected by Microsoft's enterprise-grade security measures. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and to keep your account credentials confidential.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including to maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Conversation data from the Brand Agent is retained for the period necessary to provide the service and improve its performance, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. Microsoft retains data collected through Microsoft Clarity in accordance with its own data retention policies as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. When your data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
8. Third-Party Websites and Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. The Brand Agent may also reference or link to external resources during conversations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services — including the Brand Agent — are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Brand Agent is not designed for, and should not be used by, minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, including through the Brand Agent chat, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such data.
10. International Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside of Egypt where our service providers operate. In particular, data processed by Microsoft Clarity and the Brand Agent may be stored on Microsoft Azure servers located in the United States. In such cases, we take appropriate measures to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
11. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, including data collected through the Brand Agent.
Correction. Request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
Deletion. Request that we delete personal information we maintain about you, including Brand Agent conversation data, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Portability. Request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format.
Withdrawal of Consent. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
Opt-Out of Marketing. Unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly. Please note that you may still receive transactional communications related to your orders and account.
Opt-Out of AI Features. You may choose not to interact with the Brand Agent at any time by closing the chat interface. If you wish to have previously collected Brand Agent conversation data deleted, please contact us.
12. Relationship with Shopify
Our Services are hosted on Shopify, which collects and processes personal information related to your use of the platform. Shopify may use this data to provide and improve its services. 13. Relationship with Microsoft
We use Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, session replay, and the AI-powered Brand Agent. Microsoft Clarity is a separate service operated by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft may process data collected through Clarity in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement, including for the purposes of improving Microsoft products and services and for advertising. RYZE does not control and is not responsible for Microsoft's independent processing of your data beyond the services Microsoft performs on our behalf.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology (including the introduction or modification of AI-powered features), or legal requirements. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Material changes to AI data processing practices will be prominently communicated.

١. البيانات اللي بنجمعها
لما بتتعامل معانا بنجمع بيانات زي اسمك، رقم تليفونك، إيميلك، عنوان الشحن والفاتورة، وبيانات الدفع. كمان بنجمع معلومات عن طلباتك وتاريخ الشراء بتاعك.
لو استخدمت المساعد الذكي (Brand Agent) على الموقع، بنجمع محتوى المحادثة بتاعتك — يعني الأسئلة اللي بتسألها وتفضيلاتك — عشان نقدر نساعدك بشكل أحسن. المساعد ده نظام ذكاء اصطناعي مش إنسان، فمتشاركش فيه بيانات حساسة زي أرقام بطاقات أو كلمات سر.
كمان بنجمع بيانات تلقائية زي نوع الجهاز والمتصفح وعنوان الـ IP والصفحات اللي زرتها، وده من خلال ملفات تعريف الارتباط (cookies). بنستخدم كمان Microsoft Clarity عشان نفهم إزاي الناس بتتعامل مع الموقع من خلال خرائط حرارية وتسجيلات جلسات.

بنستخدم بياناتك عشان نجهّز طلباتك ونوصّلها، نتواصل معاك بخصوص حسابك وطلباتك، نحسّن الموقع وتجربة التسوق، ونبعتلك عروض وأخبار جديدة (بموافقتك). كمان بنستخدمها عشان نأمّن الموقع ونمنع أي عمليات احتيال.
٣. مشاركة البيانات
بنشارك بياناتك بس مع الأطراف اللي بتساعدنا نشغّل الخدمة: Shopify (استضافة المتجر)، بوسطة (الشحن)، شركات الدفع، وMicrosoft Clarity (تحليلات الموقع والمساعد الذكي). كل الأطراف دي ملزمة تحمي بياناتك. كمان ممكن نشارك بيانات لو القانون طلب كده.
٤. المساعد الذكي (Brand Agent)
المساعد الذكي على الموقع مقدّم من Microsoft وبيستخدم ذكاء اصطناعي عشان يساعدك تلاقي المنتجات المناسبة. استخدامه اختياري تمامًا — لو مش عايز تستخدمه، قفل نافذة المحادثة وكلّمنا على الإيميل أو التليفون.
٥. ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies)
بنستخدم cookies عشان نحسّن تجربتك على الموقع ونحلّل حركة الزوار. تقدر تتحكم فيها من إعدادات المتصفح بتاعك، بس ده ممكن يأثر على بعض خصائص الموقع.

٧. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
بنحتفظ ببياناتك بس للمدة اللي محتاجينها عشان نقدّملك الخدمة أو نلتزم بالقانون. بعد كده بنمسحها أو بنخلّيها مجهولة الهوية.
٨. حقوقك
من حقك تطلب نسخة من بياناتك، تصحّحها، أو تمسحها. كمان تقدر تلغي اشتراكك في الرسائل التسويقية في أي وقت. لو عايز تمارس أي حق من الحقوق دي، كلّمنا على البيانات الموجودة تحت.
٩. نقل البيانات دوليًا
بياناتك ممكن تتنقل وتتحفظ على سيرفرات برة مصر (زي سيرفرات Microsoft في أمريكا). في الحالة دي بنتأكد إن بياناتك محمية طبقًا لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم ١٥١ لسنة ٢٠٢٠.
١٠. الأطفال
الموقع والمساعد الذكي مش مخصصين لأي حد عمره أقل من ١٨ سنة. لو تعتقد إن طفل شارك بيانات شخصية معانا، كلّمنا فورًا وهنمسحها.
